GVV Rubber Mounting, also known as waisted bobbin rubber mount or double stud rubber vibration isolator, is one of the most popular anti-vibration components for general industrial equipment. Featuring a unique concave waist structure and double external male threads on both ends, the GVV type rubber mounting delivers balanced stiffness in vertical and horizontal directions, making it ideal for vibration isolation and noise reduction across diverse mechanical applications.
Our GVV rubber mounting is constructed from high-damping natural rubber integrated with galvanized steel threaded studs. The rubber compound boasts outstanding resistance to compression deformation, aging and mild oil exposure. The galvanized metal studs effectively prevent rust and guarantee stable threaded connection during long-term continuous operation. Compared with conventional cylindrical rubber buffers, the waisted design of GVV rubber mount offers better lateral flexibility, relieves shear stress and extends service life under cyclic vibration conditions.
Standard GVV Model Specifications
GVV2020 M6, GVV3025 M8, GVV4030 M8, GVV6060 M10, GVV8070 M14
Custom dimensions, rubber hardness (40~70 Shore A) and thread specifications are acceptable upon request.
Main Applications of GVV Rubber Mounting
Generator sets, air compressors, water pumps
Small engines, construction machinery, forklift auxiliary assemblies
HVAC equipment, industrial fans, agricultural machines
Marine equipment and other stationary mechanical units
Vibration and shock will gradually loosen assembly parts, generate harsh noise and accelerate equipment wear. Installing qualified GVV rubber mounting can efficiently isolate vibration transmission between equipment and bases, protect mechanical structures and improve operator comfort.
This bobbin type GVV rubber shock mount supports direct bolt-on installation without complicated modification. It serves as a cost-effective aftermarket replacement for original vibration dampers. We maintain regular stock for mainstream GVV sizes to ensure fast delivery for global distributors and maintenance companies.
We are a professional supplier specializing in industrial rubber anti-vibration parts. Besides standard GVV rubber mounting, we supply DD type, VD type, circular and square rubber mounts as well as custom molded rubber components. Welcome overseas buyers to send inquiries for wholesale prices and sample testing.
