Oil Seal End Cap, also named blank-off oil seal, end cover oil seal or bearing cover oil seal, is a static integrated sealing component combined with metal skeleton and elastic rubber outer layer. Different from rotary shaft oil seals, it belongs to fully static sealing parts without matching rotating shafts. It is installed on the reserved opening, bearing cavity and shell end hole of mechanical equipment to realize closed end sealing.

6.2 Installation Requirements

1. Keep mounting hole inner wall smooth, burr-free and clean before installation; 2. Adopt uniform press-fit tool for integral pressing, avoid skew installation; 3. Select matched rubber material according to internal lubricant type to prevent rubber swelling and aging failure.
