Low-Frequency Vibration Solution for Vertical Water Pumps

To address low-frequency vibration in vertical water pumps, it is recommended to install shear rubber vibration isolators, which feature a low natural frequency and excellent vibration damping performance.

During installation, the bolt spacing and base plate dimensions of the pump should be measured to confirm whether four isolators can be installed.

If the pump base plate is too small to accommodate direct installation, a steel adapter plate can be added between the pump and the isolators. Mounting holes are then drilled in the steel plate to securely install the vibration isolators.
